DNA fragments were grouped into 0.5 kb intervals from 0.5 to 9.5 kb, with the number of repeat units shown, where one consensus repeat=40 bp). Differences between case and control parent allele distributions were not significant in the Kolmogorov–Smirnov two-sample test (P>0.05).
