Interferon-γ production by a PBMC culture from a normal donor following nucleofection with plasmid DNA expressing the E3C protein from EBV protein. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were nucleofected with 5 μg of plasmid DNA encoding E3C or the empty vector and IFN-γ production was measured after 48 h incubation.
