(A) Modulation of GSH levels after E-4IB treatment. A2780 cells were exposed to 2.5 and 5 μM E-4IB for 3, 6 and 27 h. BSO (500 μM) was used as a control for GSH inhibition. (B) Cisplatin or E-4IB/cisplatin-induced alterations in GSH levels. A2780 cells were exposed to E-4IB (2.5 or 5 μM) for 3 h followed by cisplatin (5 or 10 μM) for 3 or 24 h. The results shown are representative of at least three independent experiments.
