E-4IB=ethyl 4-isothiocyanatobutanoate.

A2780 cells were treated with 0.1 or 0.25 μM cisplatin in the presence or absence of 0.5 or 1 μM E-4IB. Clonogenic survival was assessed by Giemsa-Romanowski staining after 7 days and colony numbers per well of a six-well plate are indicated. Statistical significant differences from the controls, *P<0.05, **P<0.01, and from the corresponding cisplatin-treated samples, #P<0.05.
