Effects of PI3K inhibitor (LY294002) and MEK inhibitor (U0126) on apoptosis induction and Akt phosphorylation of HER2-overexpressing and low-expressing cancer cell lines. (A) Apoptosis induction by LY294002. Cells were plated at 1 × 10⁴ cells per 96-well dish and LY294002 concentrations of 0 μM (□), 10 μM (░), 50 μM (▪) were added 1 day after seeding and cultured for 24 h.
