Nelfinavir modulates the levels of Bcl-2, p53, p21^waf1, p27^kip1 and MMP-2 in NSCLC cells. Western blot analysis. NCI-H460 and -H520 cells were cultured with either NFV (20 μM) or control diluent. After 24 h, cells were harvested and subjected to Western blot analysis. The polyvinylidene difluoride membrane was sequentially probed with anti-p21^waf1,-p27^kip1, -p53, -Bcl-2, -Bcl-xL, -MMP-2 and -β-actin antibodies, and band intensities were measured by densitometry and normalised for β-actin.
