Expression of dbpC in cultured human seminoma cells. (A) Demonstration of dbpA, dbpB, and dbpC immunofluorescence in cultured seminoma NEC8 cells. The dbpC is localised in the cytoplasm of the NEC8 cells, whereas dbpA and dbpB expression is weak. (B) Western blotting analysis of dbp expression. dbpC is expressed in the cytoplasmic fraction (C) but not in the nuclear fraction (N) from human seminoma NEC8 or Tera cells. dbpB is expressed in both cytoplasmic (C) and nuclear (N) fractions.
