Outcome either 0=non-cases (<8) or 1=definite or doubtful cases (=>8).
Mutually adjusted for: ever had children, training, smoking status, physical activity, age, depression, internal subscale, powerful others subscale, POSM q3–6, q10, q11, q15, q16. 139 women did not complete a sufficient number of questions on one or more of the outcome measures and were excluded from the analysis.
