When the AsPC-1 subcutaneous tumour was established on the left leg, 1.0 × 10⁸ PFU of viral solution was injected once into the tumour. Tumour size in each mouse (AdCA-mIFN: n=6; AxCA-IFN: n=6; AdCA-AP: n=4) was plotted on the days indicated. (B) NK cell activity of AdCA-mIFN-injected mice.
