SDS-PAGE analysis of susceptibility to tryptic digestion of native and allicin-modified TcAChE. SDS-PAGE was carried out under nonreducing conditions on 5%–15% acrylamide gradient gels. Enzyme samples (1 mg/mL) were digested with trypsin (1% [w/w]) at 23°C for 1 h.
