Representative data for (A) Stern-Volmer (B) Lehrer analysis of acrylamide quenching of native (open circles) and denatured (filled circles) spectrin fluorescence. Fo is the fluorescence in the absence of quencher, F is the corrected fluorescence in the presence of quencher, and δF = Fo − F. The concentration of spectrin used was 0.1 μM.
