ANOVA analysis indicates no differences in the amplitude of the initial increase at different concentrations (p > 0.05). ANOVA analysis and post-hoc t-tests indicate that the amplitude of the late increase in [Ca²⁺]_i increases with increasing concentration (p < 0.01).
