Effect of dsRNA for TcCHT5 on larval, pupal, and adult development in Tribolium. (A) Typical terminal phenotype produced by injection of dsRNA for TcCHT5 (Right). Injection of dsTcCHT5 (200 ng per insect) into penultimate and last instar larvae, as well as pharate pupae, prevented only the pupal–adult molt.
