Table 1.

Dataset of ncRNA sequences. A dataset of 6,305 ncRNAs taken from different Database are selected as representatives of the RNA world. These 6,305 ncRNA sequences are classified into two classes: one class covers five kinds of ncRNAs with known structures, and the other class is made up of six kinds of ncRNAs with predicted structures by Vienna RNA package.
