Nomogram: the points for each of the three prognostic factors may be calculated from this nomogram by reading off the x-axis values (e.g. T3 tumours score 35 points). The sum of the points for all three prognostic factors is used in the PSA failure conversion graph (Figure 2) to estimate the per cent free from PSA failure at various time points.
