Schematic representation of the two-step targeting system delivering HLA-class I peptide complexes to the surface of B cells. Step 1 is the delivery of the anti-CD20 B9E9 sfvScSA fusion protein. Step 2 the delivery of recombinant biotinylated HLA class I peptide. These steps are followed by the selective proliferation of peptide specific CTLs.
