Northern blotting. A total of 5 µg RNA was analysed in 1.2% agarose formaldehyde-denaturing gel. The two main bands are 28S and 18S RNA. The blot was hybridized with Dig-labelled AmphiTRP14 RNA probe. The arrow indicates the molecular size equivalent to ∼775 bp.
