Apoptotic effect of rhTRAIL on Jurkat cells is saturable. Jurkat cells at 0.5×10⁶ ml⁻¹ were exposed to increasing concentrations of rhTRAIL for 12 h, and the extent of apoptosis (annexin V-FITC staining) and caspase-3 activation was assessed.
