Pretreatment CT scan (A, B) showed a big nasopharyngeal tumour with intracranial invasion in a patient presenting as multiple cranial nerve palsy. The tumour regressed completely with bony regeneration of the destructed skull base after 10-week neoadjuvant chemotherapy (C, D).
