Zinc protoporphyrin IX-induced apoptosis of AH136B cells in vitro. AH136B cells were incubated for 24 h with indicated concentrations of ZnPP IX, with or without caspase-3 inhibitor (A) or SnPP IX (B), or with 100 μM CuPP IX.
