Immunocytochemical demonstration of CgA, NESP55 and insulin in a pancreatic islet. Consecutive sections were stained with an indirect immunoperoxidase technique (EnVision+™). The majority of pancreatic β-cells (insulin positive) are also positive for CgA and NESP55.
