Bradykinin-induced PKCs translocation in transfectants by Western blot analysis. For activation studies, the bradykinin-induced translocation of PKC isoforms from the cytosolic fraction to the membrane fraction was investigated by cell fractionation as described in Materials and Methods. Cytosol and membrane fractions (20 μg per lane) were separated with 10% polyacrylamide gel and analysed by Western blot analysis with monoclonal antibodies specific for PKC isoforms.
