The indicated cells were grown as described in Materials and Methods. Two mice per clone were injected subcutaneously into the back with 3×10⁶ cells in a final volume of 100 μl of BS. Tumour size was measured using a hand calipers every 10 days. Volumes were calculated as described in Materials and Methods.
