Each word corresponds to two clusters, whose average positions relative to the TSS are in column 3. Fisher inverse chi-squared test yielded a (multiple test corrected) two-sided P-value (in column 4), which quantifies the overall differences in expression between the gene group pair in the 74 tissues.
