Secondary dendrites of tufted cells and lateral dendrites of mitral cells in the EPL are curtailed. (B–D) Olfactory bulb slice preparations. (B) Horizontal slice of the MOB. (C) Isolated segment of the GL from a horizontal slice. Recordings were performed from GL sites free of adjacent EPL.
