Levels of dopamine and its major metabolite DOPAC, and dopamine turnover (DOPAC/dopamine ratio) in the frontal cortex and striatum were determined by HPLC analysis. There are no differences between irradiated rats (n = 6) and sham-control rats (n = 6).
