Time course evolution of gluconate 6-P, glucose 6-P, ribulose 1,5-diphosphate, ATP, ADP, and AMP in X. elegans thalli following hydration in the light. At time zero, thalli fragments were incubated in a well aerated liquid medium containing 0.2 mM Mops buffer (pH 6.2), at 20°C. Metabolites were quantified as indicated in Material and methods.
