Viral loads analysed by real-time qPCR. Viral RNA levels of segment 6 in liver, gill, heart and spleen of four fish from EM, IM and LM stages. Levels are given as cycle threshold (C_T) values (left Y-axis) and log₁₀number of viral particles (right Y-axis) based on a standard curve of C_Tagainst titrated in vitro infected (Glesvaer 2/90 isolate) ASK (Atlantic salmon kidney) cells.
