These were assigned from the elution positions of standard glycans and previously determined values for the addition of monosaccharides to glycan cores. Arthrobacter ureafaciens α2-6 > 3 sialidase (S) + almond meal α1-3/4 fucosidase (F) + bovine testes β1-3/4 galactosidase (G) + bovine kidney α1-6 fucosidase (F).
