MYC targets collected in www.myc-cancer-gene.org were used as a list to filter the microarray data from osteosarcomas upon MYC inactivation and reactivation. Gene expression permanently repressed (PR) or permanently induced (PI) were identified while MYC was inactivated in bone tumors.
