HEK-293 cells were transfected with plasmids for C/EBP-α and/or C/EBP-β in the relative ratios indicated (0.6 μg of total plasmid DNA) and the Renilla luciferase-HSD11B1 (A) or -HSD11B2 promoter construct (B).
