Analysis of the PCR products in 3% (w/v) agarose and 1% (w/v) low melting agarose (LMA). Lanes 3, 4 and 6: PCR products from affected individuals (E-1, E-2 and E-3). Lanes 2 and 5: PCR products from unaffected individuals (C-2 and C-4). Lane 1: 123 bp ladder (Molecular weight standards from 2,3 kb to 123 bp).
