Plasma concentration–time profiles of vincristine. Mice received 1 mg kg⁻¹ of vincristine by i.v. injection. Each time point represents at least four animals. The AUC values were calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule and were 61.8±3.8, 83.1±4.2 and 82.4±3.4 ng ml⁻¹ h for wild type, Mdr1ab DKO and Mdr1ab/Mrp1 TKO, respectively. The latter two were significantly higher (P<0.01) than the values of wild-type mice, but not significantly different from each other.
