Litters of carrier females (XHX) bred with hemophilic males (XHY) were injected at E15 with either 3.3 × 105 pfu of Ad-mFVIII or 3.3 × 107 pfu. Fetuses injected with 3.3 × 105 pfu were analyzed at E18, whereas fetuses with 3.3 × 107 pfu were analyzed on the 2nd day of life. ND, not detectable.
