Genes bound by Gcn5p (225 genes), Sas3p (335 genes) or both (47 genes) with a binding ratio ≥1.5 were classified on the basis of over-represented attributes using the FuncAssociate web tool [52]. The number of genes bound for every category, the number of overall genes with this attribute and P values are shown. Only the two categories with the most significant P values are shown. The search for GO categories was done using FuncAssociate [52].
