Results of the crystallization of ribonuclease A with and without the addition of Asp and GlyEE. Hanging droplets were made by mixing 1 µl of 28.4 mg ml⁻¹ ribonuclease A solution with 1 µl of reservoir solution. The reservoir solutions contain 35% ammonium sulfate, 0.5 M additives and 0.1 M sodium acetate (pH 6.0).
