Table 2. The presence of a pseudocentring operator (x + ½, yz) in P21 can lead to an interesting pathology.

If all operators are crystallographic operators and (x + ½, yz) is designated to be a lattice translation, then a number of groups can be formed. See Fig. 2 and the main text for details.
