Motility was determined after 8 h at 37°C, and aggregation was determined after 7 h in LB medium at 37°C. Results are expressed as the ratio of the measurement for the indicated mutant to the measurement for the wild type. Data are the averages of results for two independent cultures, and one standard deviation is shown.
