The specificity of the molecular probes was tested by a hybridization of all probes listed in this table against all targets listed in this table. The results of these hybridizations are displayed as signal-to-noise ratios. The results of the perfect match signal and the highest signal-to-noise ratio to a nontarget sequence are given. All other nontarget sequences had a lower signal-to-noise ratio than the one listed here.
