(B) The MALDI-TOF MS spectra were acquired using 10 mg/ml 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid in chloroform-methanol (1:1, vol/vol) as a matrix, and the molecularly related ions were detected as [M+Na]+ in positive mode.
