In each, lane 1 contains free DNA, lane 2 no competitor and lanes 3–8 contain 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 5 and 10 µM of each of the competitors shown. The concentration of labelled DNA and BRCA1 230-534 were 0.5 µM and 5 µM respectively. Gels were visualised by autoradiography and quantified by densitometry.
