Cells were incubated or not with PGE2 following pre-treatment with the PI3K inhibitor wortmannin (1 μM) (A) or GSK3β inhibitors LiCl or SB216763 (B) for 30min, and then stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL). Total RNA was harvested 2 h later.
