SH3-linker mutations of MbSrc1. SYF cells were transfected with the indicated wild-type (WT) or mutant forms of MbSrc1. Lysates were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting with anti-Tyr(P) and anti-FLAG antibodies. Activities were compared with that of a Y378F mutant (at the equivalent of c-Src Tyr-419) and of the kinase-dead form (K256M).
