Elisa plates were coated with purified SV5, MuV or HPIV2 virions, and then incubated with dilutions of serum for each donor, followed by HRP-conjugated secondary goat anti-human IgG.

Data are expressed as the log₁₀ of the dilution of serum that yielded an absorbance of two times that obtained with controls using secondary antibody only. Values in parentheses represent the ratio of IgG1 to IgG2 titers.
