CD3⁺CD4⁺ LP T-cells of SPF and B. vulgatus mpk mono-colonized IL-2^−/−-mice were prepared, intracellular cytokine staining for IFN-γ, IL-17, IL-4 and IL-10 was performed and the cytokine expression was analyzed by FACS. Numbers indicate the percentage of positive cells±SD. The results are representative for three independent experiments which were analyzed separately. Mean and SD were calculated from those independent experiments.
