Integration of the LXSN vector in infected p53+/+ or p53−/− marrow cells. Genomic DNA (30 μg) from p53+/+ or p53−/− marrow cells, infected or not with the LXSN retroviral vector, was digested with BamHI/NheI restriction endonucleases, electrophoresed, and probed with a 32P-labeled 1.4-kb BamHI/NheI fragment corresponding to the NEO cassette of the LXSN retroviral vector. As a positive control, 10 pg of the LXSN vector was also digested with BamHI/NheI restriction enzymes.
