It extended medially into the surrounding nasal bone structures and posteriorly into the left maxillary sinus and nasal fossa. It extended superiorly to palatine prosthesis black square. Insert on Figure 1(a) shows conformational radiotherapy plan (according to Euro-Ewing 99 recommendations).
