Mithramycin had no effect on NF-κB-dependent gene expression in response to TNF. TF-1 cells stably expressing an NF-κB-dependent hrGFP reporter gene were either untreated or treated with 75 nM mithramycin and stimulated for 10 h with a serial dilution of TNF. Cells were then assayed for hrGFP expression by flow cytometry. Data are representative of two independent experiments performed in duplicate.
