Decreased level of cFLIP protein in response to TNF and mithramycin. TF-1 cells were treated with 20 ng ml⁻¹ TNF in the presence or absence of 75 nM mithramycin for 24 or 48 h. The expression levels of short-spliced cFLIP variant and actin were then determined by Western blot analysis.
