Anti-TNF antibody titres in mice immunised with TNF autovaccination in the B16F10 metastatic model. C57BL/6 mice (4-week old) (n=12/treatment group) were immunised and tumour cells inserted as described in Figure 3. Mice were bled at 0.4 and 7 weeks. The TNF antibody levels were measured in an ELISA. The titre values were calculated as the dilution, which gave an OD equal to nonimmunised mice. Mean and s.e.m. for each group of mice are shown and the results were evaluated using one-way ANOVA comparing each group to the PBS control, ^*P<0.05 and ^**P<0.001.
